Shipping policy
We reserve up to 48 hours to prepare your order. Orders received on Saturday and/or Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
After processing your order, we will arrange shipping through the Italian Post service.
All shipments are traceable: once the dispatch note is processed, you will receive an email with the tracking number associated with your order.

- Standard: € 6.50 for all orders in Italy. Delivery in 2-6 working days via the Italian Post service.
- Express: € 11.50 for all orders in Italy. Delivery in 1-4 working days via the Italian Post service. For areas served on alternate days, always check the delivery date using the tracking number provided.

- Standard: € 14.99. Delivery in 4-9 working days via the Italian Post service.
International Shipping costs:
United Arab Emirates, Australia, Canada, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Hong Kong SAR, Israel, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Norway, New Zealand, Singapore, United States.
- Standard: € 19.99. Delivery in 7-14 working days via the Italian Post service.

Necklaces are sold with a velvet case and a branded jewelry box.
